Ember & Oak Catering was founded in 2008 by Executive Chef Alejandro Reyes and event planner Natalie Kim, who shared a vision of bringing restaurant-quality dining to events of every size. Today, we're one of the region's most trusted catering companies, serving over 200 events per year.

Our Team

Our culinary team is led by Chef Alejandro, a Culinary Institute of America graduate with over 20 years in fine dining. Our event managers, service captains, and bartenders are experienced professionals who take genuine pride in creating exceptional experiences.

Our Kitchen

We operate from a 5,000-square-foot commercial kitchen equipped with the same tools you'd find in a top restaurant. Every dish is prepared fresh — we never use frozen entrees, pre-made sauces, or artificial ingredients.
